Answers to Common Questions

Address -  You MUST add your address to the shipment box.  Please check the save my address information box for use in future orders.  

Payment -  ALL orders require credit card payment at the time of purchase.   You may use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Your credit card MUST match your card's BILLING ADDRESS in order to complete the transaction.  Your SHIPPING ADDRESS may be dfifferent but the card must match the BILLING ADDRESS

When will my credit card be charged?  Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

Will I receive a copy of a credit card receipt?  Yes.  You will receive an email confirmation of your order.  Enclosed on the order confirmation will be the amount charged to your credit card and the authorization number.  *PLEASE NOTE: THE TRANSACTION ON YOUR STATEMENT WILL SHOW ZEBRA MARKETING AS THE MERCHANT*

What is your return policy? Sorry but we do not allow returns or exchanges.  Returns may only be made for damaged or incorrect merchandise.  If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the package.  If you mistakingly order the wrong pins, you will need to place a NEW ORDER for the correct ones.  Again, we do not allow returns or exchanges.
